Park Talent Show:  auditions will be held on Tuesday Jan. 30th. We need a variety of acts - musical, comedy, dance, skill, magic, or even performance art. Pick up an audition form in the health office or Mr. Janas's room or Ms. Tabet's room.

Mighty Patriots:  showed amazing fortitude and skill in facing Downers Grove North’s top senior team yesterday. Their spirit lit up  the gym as Ashton, Edwin, Hailey and Kaleb gave their all in the game. Ethan’s 6 points against the senior team had the crowd cheering. Zoe and Viktor’s defense was truly admirable. Riana, Sabrina and Andrew’s endless energy added to the fast paced excitement. It was quite a feat to go up against a state champion high school team. Although the score didn’t show the win, their hearts and spirit did.

Mighty Patriots:  Despite valiant efforts, our Mighty Patriots lost yesterday facing PAEC. But, our fight was strong. Zoey put up a miraculous defensive hustle. Sabrina, Edwin and Victor continuously raised our spirits with their determination to continue. Rianna and Drew had spectacular shots and haunted their rebounding ability. Ethan’s shots might not have made it at first, but with energy he helped bring us back. Ashton consistently showed a happy mindset. Kaleb made a stellar basket, and was our biggest cheerleader. Good job Patriots! We’ll get them next time!
